This agreement will become effective immediately upon your visit of this site, by using our services and/or by reviewing this information. In case you do not accept our policies (our terms and conditions and our privacy policy), you are not permitted to access our site and/or use our services.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

This agreement explains how the customer purchases products and/or services and specifically limits the liability of the company. We reserve the right to change, remove or add the content, products and/or services which are provided on our site at any time without prior notice.

No rights can be derived from information and we do not accept responsibility for any damage whatsoever caused by the use, incompleteness or inaccuracy of our content and/or services.

In case of purchasing a product and/or service through this website, the company is only liable to you in cases of gross misconduct. The liability is limited to the immediate damage, excluding consequential damages, punitive damage, loss of profit, damages caused by computer programs etc.

All information on our website is intended for personal and non-commercial use only. We do not guarantee the continuity and availability of the site and its contents, nor of products and/or services. We will do everything possible for the proper functioning of this website, however, we do not assume responsibility or guarantee that access to this site and our services will not be uninterrupted or error-free.

We try to make all information as complete and accurate as possible but all materials are offered without any form of guarantee or claim to correctness.

However, we do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and therefore the fact of having linked sites on itinerago.com does not imply our approval of the content of those sites nor their offered products, services or materials. Consequently, we are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from itinerago.com and therefore you access them at your own risk.

BOOKING PROCESS

In order to successfully make a purchase on our website, both for products and services, the customer needs to provide us with accurate information (as described in our privacy policy), including, without limitation, personal information and billing information. The company is not responsible for any claims concerning any inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer. Before proceeding to purchase the products and/or services on our site or by mail, i.e. info@itinerago.com, it is required to agree on all our policies.

Please kindly note that the minimum age to book our products and/or services is 18 years. It’s the responsibility of parents or guardians to monitor their children’s use of our site.

Our offers are non-binding and we reserve the right to update, cancel and/or modify our products and/or services and their prices if needed. Our travel planning services do not include bookings of any kind. This means that the customer is personally responsible to book all transport, accommodation, excursions, tour guides, travel insurance etc. The customer is also responsible for ensuring that all foreign entry requirements are met and that all travel documents, including passports and visas, are in order. Obviously we will not just plan your trip, but will also give you priceless insight information, including the needed advice to successfully book your transport, accommodation, excursions, travel insurance etc.

TRANSACTIONS

In order to complete the booking process, the customer will need to select the desired payment method and will need to subsequently provide the correct billing details and/or make the transaction. Transactions for both products and services are always in euro (€; EUR) and the value of bookings may be subject to taxes, duties, currency exchange or other fees. Your bank or credit/debit card company may convert the payment amount into your local currency and may charge fees. This may result in a discrepancy between the amount displayed on our quote and the final amount which is charged to you.

Both products and contracted services will only be fulfilled, shipped or provided once the mandatory transaction is successfully completed.

The accepted methods of payments for itinerago’s products and/or services are:

Credit card (Visa or MasterCard)
Bank transfer (full amount needs to be paid within 10 calendar days)
PayPal

We use a third party service to process your credit/debit card information for all transactions made through itinerago. We do not store any credit/debit card information on our web servers or in paper files. By using our site and purchasing our products and/or services, you acknowledge that third party payment provider Stripe shall process your payment details in accordance with their own terms and privacy policy and you agree to hold the company harmless for any consequential damage should any personal information be released by any third parties.

TRAVEL ADVICE

Customers will receive exclusive, tailor-made travel advice and a personal travel plan from the assigned itinerago travel advisor and understand and agree that the suitability and/or availability of the planned itinerary and recommendations cannot be guaranteed. The company cannot be held responsible for any damage, including, but not limited to immediate damage, consequential damages and/or punitive damage resulting in the following of the provided advice, travel plan or any other content, both written and oral, supplied by itinerago, its travel advisors and other third parties.

Despite the fact that we do our utmost best to ensure the provided information and travel plans are as accurate and practicable as possible, the customer is ultimately responsible to review the feasibility of the proposed itinerary and its correctness, possible risks and costs. Under no circumstance shall the company, nor the advisors or other third parties be held liable for any kind of incorrectness.

As unforeseeable circumstances and unpredicted safety hazards may occur in any destination, we do not warrant that travel to any destination is without risk and shall not be held liable for consequential damage or loss resulting from travel to such destinations. itinerago always recommends obtaining the appropriate insurances, including, but not limited to international medical and/or travel insurance.

VIDEO CALLS

Regarding the video call(s), you are responsible for your timely online presence on the video tool of choice. For time and date calculations, the time zone of the customer applies.

You are personally responsible for your own socially accepted online behaviour during the video session. In case of online misconduct or socially unacceptable behaviour of the customer during the video call (e.g. if the customer is under clear influence of illegal drugs or if the customer is unable to have a normal conversation due to alcohol abuse), the travel advisor reserves the right to interrupt and cancel the video session. Please kindly note no refund can be asked in such cases.

The travel advisor owns and controls all of the rights of the video conference and grants the customer an unchangeable, worldwide and royalty-free license to access and use the information of the video calls for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Neither the company, nor the travel advisor, can be held responsible for any damages of any device, software or networking systems arising from or related to the participation in the video conference.

CANCELLATIONS

If you would want to cancel your booked service, you can do so until 24 hours after the receipt of your booking confirmation. You will be imbursed the full net reservation amount (i.e. the total amount minus any service fee or other fees (e.g. Stripe fee) paid by itinerago).

In case you would want to cancel your booked service after 24 hours passed since you received your booking confirmation or during the provision of the service, no reimbursements will be made by the company. However, we are always willing to revise particular cases and are willing to partially reimburse our customer if there is a valid request reason and if certain criteria are met. Kindly note that in the opposite case, the company reserves the right to decline such reimbursement requests. The amount of the partial refund will depend on the case-specific circumstances, the amount of provided service until that certain moment and other factors.

In case we cannot comply with your booking request for any reason other than force majeure, you will be reimbursed the full gross reservation amount (i.e. the total amount including all service fees and other fees (e.g. Stipe fee) paid by itinerago).

In the extremely unlikely event of force majeure, i.e. any unforeseeable circumstance that prevents us from fulfilling the booked service, we can cancel the service without adherence to the cancellation period. In this case no compensation for damages or other claims under what legal basis whatsoever can be made.

REVIEWS

After the purchase of your product or upon completion of the contracted service, you have the opportunity to review the booked product and/or service in accordance with our privacy policy.

We expect from our customers that their reviews will be meaningful, factual and honest statements. Any abuse of the review system in the form of irrelevant, erroneous or offensive reviews is forbidden and we reserve the right to delete such nonfactual, inaccurate and insulting reviews without providing further reasons.
